Friends running a library and a coworking space were juggling seats on paper or spreadsheets—hard to see what was free, who was booked until when, and what they'd actually been paid. I built Kenixa Workplace so they could run day-to-day operations in one place: a visual map of seats, proper bookings and members, manual payment tracking, and printable invoices—without needing student logins or online payments for the MVP.

Small teams and agencies often track money in spreadsheets, email, and one-off notes—so nobody sees the same numbers, partner splits and settlements are fuzzy, and invoicing is disconnected from what actually moved in the bank. Kenixa Finance was built to replace that fragmentation with one place to record accounts and ledger activity, reconcile who owes whom, and run customer invoicing (including tax-oriented flows) so cash position, obligations, and billing stay aligned.
